Jay Cooke State Park Backpacking

Hightailed it out of the Crosby area and decided it was time for some rest. Roughly 90 miles straight down 210 I came to Jay Cooke State Park. For just $12 you can stay at one of their "hike-in" sites and I was all-in for that!

I arrived at my private site. Pretty awesome!

Made dinner and read for a couple hours

and then slept from sunset until the sun was as high as the second picture... wow I was tired!
